QRQC training : 2 days to fully understand the QRQC method

QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) is one of the major quality innovations of the last ten years. Beyond the tools, it is above all a simple and daily management of operational issues. The name is known, but not necessarily the exact content. This training aims to give a detailed and precise vision of the PDCA FTA, with a major focus on the FTA, Factors Tree Analysis. Combined with the "5 Whys", this tool makes it possible to find the root causes of problems in a logical and structured way by comparing the data on good and bad parts against the expected standard.
