ARTICLE 1 - CONTRACT

The client declares that they are at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity to contract on our website https://www.qrqc-academy.com as well as to comply with these terms and conditions of sale. The order is placed in several stages: - the customer chooses their items (books, files, training) and places their order, the customer chooses their method of payment, - the customer makes their payment, - the customer then receives from QRQC ACADEMY an email confirming their order and payment. The order confirmation email means QRQC ACADEMY accepting the user's order and thus forms the sales contract between the parties. The online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order by the user are worth proof of the entire order. This validation is worth signing and accepting all transactions spent on the site by the user, as well as the acceptance of the general terms of sale. QRQC ACADEMY reserves the right to control and/or refuse an order if there is a previous dispute pending or an abnormally high level of control. Unless proven otherwise, our computer records, kept under reasonable security conditions, will be evidence of all transactions between QRQC ACADEMY and the customer. We archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable medium. In accordance with the legislation, the User will be able to access it on the site https://www.qrqc-academy.com in the 'My Account' interface. QRQC ACADEMY recommends that customers keep the email confirming their order and payment.

ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

QRQC ACADEMY PRODUCTS strives to describe and present items sold on the site with the utmost accuracy. However, some product characteristics can be modified slightly, in particular to improve the quality of the product. Moreover, despite all our precautions, errors could have occurred, under no circumstances will our liability be incurred as a result. Similarly, photos of products on https://www.qrqc-academy.com are non-binding. Under no circumstances will the responsibility of QRQC ACADEMY be incurred on the basis of those photos.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICE

Prices posted on the site are shown in euros and all charges included applicable in Metropolitan France. VAT is applied at the rate in effect at the time of order. Any rate changes would be applied immediately to the current order. The prices of
certain products are understood to be excluding shipping costs, these will be brought to the customer's attention on the summary screen before the final validation of the order.

ARTICLE 4 - UNAVAILABILITY

The items listed available for sale are available until stocks or places are exhausted as part of the training. As a result, QRQC ACADEMY does not guarantee that products will remain for sale for any period of time. In the event of a validated order from which a product has become unavailable,
QRQC ACADEMY will have to cancel the proceeds of the order and agree to re-credit the customer's account associated with the credit card number provided.. If the latter has not paid by credit card, or in case of a blockage, a check or transfer will be sent to them by QRQC ACADEMY.

ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING

Products such as training are carried out in France at an address and on a date contacted by QRQC ACADEMY.
Products such as books and files are available in France and abroad. They will be delivered by COLISSIMO to the delivery address that the customer will have informed when ordering. The shipping fee is 9.90 euros / BOOK. Delivery is made according to COLISSIMO's deadlines, from the time the order is received and the payment has been received.
QRQC ACADEMY cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays related to its provider COLISSIMO. This service time is not guaranteed during public holidays and certain periods (sales, inventory, high activity ...).

SPECIAL DELIVERY MODALITIES
The amount of shipping may vary depending on the country of delivery outside of France.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

The customer can pay for their purchases : Credit card with a Blue Card, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard or by Transfer. The user's bank account will be debited from the amount of products and services chosen by them. QRQC ACADEMY ensures the security of credit card payment by using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption system and using the Payplug platform for payment processing.

ARTICLE 7 - SATISFIED GUARANTEES OR REFUND

QRQC ACADEMY has put in place a guarantee satisfied or refund in accordance with Article L 121-16 of the consumer code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of the products ordered (Article R.121-2). In order to be reimbursed and return all or part of the products ordered, the Customer must first indicate his intention through an email addressed to contact@qrqc-academy.com.
The returned product must absolutely be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging itself wrapped in a cardboard box or pouch adapted to the contents and the return costs will remain at the customer’s expense. The refund of the Customer will be made by a credit on the bank account of the card used for the payment of the initial order within a maximum of 15 working days.
The Customer's reimbursement will be made by a check or transfer, in case of payment by transfer once the returned product has been received by QRQC ACADEMY, and on this occasion, no cases of non-compliance return have been detected.

ARTICLE 8 - RETURNS

The customer has 30 days, from the receipt of the ordered product to return their item to QRQC ACADEMY at 50 Avenue Laplace - 94110 ARCUEIL.
The returned product must absolutely be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging itself wrapped in a cardboard box or pouch adapted to the contents. Otherwise, the return will be considered non-compliant and will be returned to you.

The full cost of shipping related to the return of the product is at the customer's expense.

ARTICLE 9 - PROPERTY RESERVE

QRQC ACADEMY's RESERVE retains full ownership of items purchased by the customer until the user has fulfilled all of their obligations and, in particular, until the complete payment of the price.

ARTICLE 10 - RESPONSABILITES

QRQC ACADEMY's
liability cannot be accepted in the event of a breach of any of its contractual obligations as a result of a fortuitous case or a case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence. Since delivery times are mentioned as an indication and therefore not contractual in nature,
QRQC ACADEMY's liability cannot be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these deadlines.

ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE RIGHT AND COMPETENT JURIDICTION

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any dispute that has not reached an amicable solution will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of QRQC ACADEMY's head office.
